CRA EFile website can show your Efile submission history.

1. Visit www.efile.cra.gc.ca
   or URL https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/e-services/e-services-businesses/efile-electronic-filers.html
   
   
   
   
2. Go to online service from left pane, and click 'Login'
   
   
   
3. Enter Efiler ID and password, and click 'I agree' button
   
4. Choose 'Transmission History' link
