How to reset or change my docsign.ca password?
Reset your password
If you can't remember your current password, you can use the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page to request a password reset email. A "Reset Password Notification" email will be sent to your email with a "Reset Password" button. If you don't see the email, please check the spam or junk folder in your email application.
docsign.ca preference in myTaxExpress/T2Express software with the new password if you use docsign.ca E-Signature or E-Deliver services in the software.
If you reset your password, don't forget to updateChange your current password
If you want to change your current password, you can log in to the docsign.ca website. On the "My Profile" page, you can enter a new password in the New Password field, then click the button "UPDATE" to submit.
