Reset your password

If you can't remember your current password, you can use the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page to request a password reset email. A "Reset Password Notification" email will be sent to your email with a "Reset Password" button. If you don't see the email, please check the spam or junk folder in your email application. 

Change your current password

If you want to change your current password, you can log in to the website. On the "My Profile" page, you can enter a new password in the New Password field, then click the button "UPDATE" to submit.

If you change the password, please update preference in myTaxExpress/T2Express software with the new password.
