myTaxExpress and T2Express FAQs

Windows 10 doesn't recognize the code sign certificate currently used by myTaxExpress software (SHA-1). We are working to solve this problem. In the meantime, you can install mytaxexpress or T2Express software using either of the following 3 options:

 1. Please download the zipped file, unzip then install software. There will be no warning messages.

OR

2. Disable Windows Defender temporarily and install myTaxExpress, after install, enable Windows Defender.

3.You can first click the "More Info" option after you download the .exe file; then choose "Run anyway" button to install software.
