How to solve Mac setup problem of from unidentified developer on MAC?
In latest Mac OS, you need to grant permission to run downloaded app from Internet.
The easiest way, after you got unidentified developer or unverified app message, is to go to System Preference | Privacy & Security, click "Open Anyway" button to launch our software install pkg file, like shown in this picture:
Also you can follow these steps:
-
In the Finder, locate the downloaded .pkg (or .zip, .dmg) file you want to run.
Don’t use Launchpad to do this. Launchpad doesn’t allow you to access the popup menu.
-
Keep the left Ctrl key pressed, then use mouse right click the .pkg file icon (double finger tap on trackpad as right click), then choose Open from the popup menu.
-
Click Open.
- The app is saved as an exception to your security settings, and you can open it in the future by just double-clicking it
For older year's Mac version software download of .zip file
- For .zip file download of Mac version software only (before year 2020). Mac OS requires all software runs from Application folder.
- Please download and then unzip myTaxExpress/T2Express software first;
- move it under Application folder.
- You can run myTaxexpress/T2Express App now.
