How to solve error code 99 during online license key process?
First, please email us your computer OS type and version, e.g. Windows 7, Mac OS 10.12, Linux Ubuntu 20.04 etc, so we can narrow down the possible solutions.
Ubuntu:

Windows 10:
If you are using Windows 10, the possible reason is you downloaded a wrong Windows link from our website. Please uninstall your current software, and download the one for latest version Windows again from our website.
- If there is still an error, please close program, download and install this Microsoft vs2015 redistribution patch.
Windows 7:
If you are using Windows 7 or older version, similarly please uninstall your current software, and install the version for older Windows 7.
- If there is still an error, please close program, download and install this Microsoft vs2013 redistribution patch.
MacOS:
If you are using MacOS, please run the following command line to install openssl 1.1 into the system, then you can try online license key access.$ brew install openssl@1.1
